10 Lunch places

I love eating out. I eat out most of the time whether I have a boy friend or not. Most of my ex boyfriends loved eating out too. So, there never been any conflict. I enjoy good food, herbs, spices and culinary art aspect of food too(food art concept). I think looking good is always very important.

Here in Redmond/Kirkland area there are not a lot of good and reasonable priced restaurants.. I like some of them.

1) Pho Express in Kirkland(sort of Totem lake area): I love to eat their Vietnamese Sandwich. It's pricier than downtown but no complains since the ingredients are good.

2) Toshi Teriyaki in Kirkland(Houghton area): I love their chicken katzu. You can order 1/2 Katzu and 1/2 Chicken teriyaki. Their salad(free with the meal) is very good too.

3) Sushi land in Redmond(near Bella botega movie theater): It's called a conveyor or revolving train of sushi dishes(actually Nigiri) and very reasonable price with OK quality. If I want to eat sushi but not want to spend too much money, I'd like to come here to eat. Eating sushi means eating lots of white rice.. so it's probably better to watch how many dishes you can finish.

4) Taj Palace(Redmond/Bellevue close to Overlake area): This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants. There are many Indians in Redmond and Bellevue area. Therefore, there are many authentic(in my mind) Indian places and very good. Their buffet is around $10 but I think this pays off when you see their buffet table. They bring fresh Knaan to your table and this is my favorite part. Tandori chicken is my favorite Indian dish.

5) Malay Satay(Redmond close to Microsoft and Uwajimaya): Malaysian/chinese restaurant. Any lunch special(about 10 -12 dishes) is good. Noodle soups are very good too. I love their string bean and Kang Kung(a friend told me that it's poor people's vegetable in Malaysia since it grows sewage area wildly). Their dry curry is good too. I love Yam Pot stir fry. Roti is the must order appetizer.

6) Cafe Ori(Redmond): If you want to have something cheap and big quantity, this is the place to go. As an asian, sometime I crave for rice or oriental type of noodle(I don't like pasta noodle). This is where I go.

7) Yummy(Redmond - end of Hwy 520): This place is a lot of people's favorite. Most of dishes here are good. My favorites are Asparagus Chicken(tons of vegetables), Tempura, Spicy chicken.. I wouldn't get any sushi or katsu.

8) Joy Wok(Redmond - close to Bella Botega): This is sort of faster than fast food chinese restaurant. I like their 2 item combo because it's super cheap. Their dishes are not that cheap but I love their cabbage chicken salad and spicy chicken wings(this taste like Tap House Grill's Cajun chicken but like 1/2 price).

9) QFC or Whole Food in Redmond: I love Pannini in their deli. It's not too expensive and can be two lunches.

10) Gyro2Go(Redmond): Everything here is good. But Falafel is little bit salty for me. Reasonable price and nice service~
